Nicole is delighted to announce that she will be filming new feature "The Chocolate Club" in Newquay alongside a fab cast in October and November this year. The film has already won Best Unproduced Screenplay at The Madrid Film Festival, and Nicole is part Cornish so very much looking forward to going back to her roots.

"Nicole Faraday does an excellent job playing the role of Rachael. Nicole's voice is unique and yet not overwhelming. With lots of beautiful harmonies, stand out solos and great backing moments. Nicole really does do it all. And the acting of the 'all over the place' Rachael, is done well, with enough depth to keep you interested but not as deep as a Shakespearean plotline. Nicole does a great job at keeping the show balanced, with a crazy sex obsessed, and a subliminally controlling pair of best friends.....

.....My favourite song in the show was 'Too right to be wrong', the pop ballad Nicole sings. There is a lot of soul, and fun coming from the stage. The performers all seem to be enjoying the performance from start to finish......

.....I give Soul Sisters three out of five stars. The performers really did shine in this performance and there are some great moments from the cast in this show."

Stars Announced for the World Premiere of Soul Sisters the Musical

Friendship. Fame. Betrayal.

From the producers of hit comedies Hormonal Housewives and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Red Entertainment are thrilled to announce the World Premiere of Soul Sisters, a brand new musical that is set to tour the UK this Spring.

Leading the cast of this gripping new musical is ex Sugababe Amelle Berrabah, who during her time in the line-up for the much loved girl band scored international chart success with Push The Button and About You Now. The Sugababes gained multiple BRIT Award nominations and industry recognition as one of the UK’s leading female vocal groups. Since leaving the band in 2011, Amelle has been working on solo material and concentrating on theatre projects.

Completing the cast is Bad Girls and Emmerdale star Nicole Faraday who has previously toured in the UK as Eva Cassidy in the critically acclaimed Eva Cassidy Story and Wendi Harriott who came to our attention with her powerhouse vocals on ITV’s The voice and has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the music industry including Rod Stewart and Jennifer Hudson.

Nicole is delighted to be attending the premiere of Matt Shaw's horror flick 'Next Door' at the Electric Cinema, Birmingham on 7th March..Nicole starred alongside her friend Jeremy Edwards in her segment of the film, which has Vas Blackwood, Jan Anderson and Danielle Harold amongst other star cast.

Nicole really enjoyed guesting on her friend Hayley Palmer's Sky Tv chat show 'Memory Lane- 80's' where she got to choose her favourite songs from the 80's and discuss why they have particular meaning for her. Her choices ranged from Guns n Roses to the Bangles, and went down well with the audience on February 15th. Look out for Nicole's next appearance..meanwhile here are pics from onset..

Nicole was delighted to attend the Fusion Film Festival screening in London's Docklands of the award winning feature 'Ask the Cheat' in which she plays the leading role of Barbara Bushnell (Winner Best New Feature at the BIFF). The black comedy won yet more awards and Nicole took part in a Q and A after the screening which went down well. The film is now listed on IMDB as 'Not By the Book' - retitled for it's American release.

And so ends the hugely successful 2019 season of Swanage Rep..Nicole was delighted to star in 'The 39 Steps', followed by both directing and performing in edge of your seat thriller 'Wait Until Dark'- made famous by the oscar winning Audrey Hepburn in the 1967 film. Both shows went down superbly and Nicole very much enjoyed bringing professional, west end quality theatre to her beautiful home town of Swanage.

Nicole's panto season was a great success...with stonking personal reviews - 'What made this a worthwhile night out was the show stopping performance of 'Evil Queen', ex-Bad Girls star, Nicole Faraday. Wow! A tongue-in-cheek bad girl, indeed. She pulled the show right up to the roof with a punchy and powerful rendition of an Adele classic in a such way that I'm sure everyone turned to their seated partner and said "Blimey, I only thought Adele could sing Adele songs like that"' from County Woman Mag and 'Nicole Faraday was a foxy Queen Grizelda, getting her teeth into the role of the production's resident ne'r-do-well. Loud and brash, Faraday made her name in ITV's Bad Girls, among much else, and lived up to her billing with an assured performance, She also showed she'd got an exceptional set of pipes, belting out a number of songs with aplomb, including Adele's Rolling in the Deep.' from the Shropshire News.

2014 was extremely busy for Nicole...she performed to standing ovations all over the U.K as Eva Cassidy in "Over the Rainbow" from August til November...and ended the year as Wicked Queen alongside Richard Blackwood in "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" at the Broadway theatre, Catford with great reviews - The Stage.

In January she will be working on new original material in the recording studio..watch this space...filming the trailer for her new feature film 8ish and is thrilled to announce the UK premiere of the award winning short "Rudi Can't fail" as part of The London Short Film Festival, screening on the January 17th. Nicole is thrilled to be reprising her celebrated role of tragic songbird Eva Cassidy on the UK national number 1 tour 'Over the Rainbow' in the Autumn..check back here for tour dates and venues as they are announced.
